Payment
All prices mentioned are including German value added tax (VAT). The determining factor is the price on the official tax strip. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to modifications.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any of tho folowing credit cards:

Orders to be delivered within Germany can be paid on C.O.D. Orders to be delivered outside Germany can be paid only by credit card.

We do not ship cigarettes to other countries than Germany.
Mail order
cigarrenversand.de accepts liability for the safe delivery of goods to you. Should any damage occur during transportation we will arrange to send you a replacement free of charge. Normally we will send the complete order in one parcel but if, for some reason this is not possible, the remainder of the order will be sent soon afterwards with no extra postage charge. You only pay postage once for each order.
At deliveries abroad please be aware of import conditions for your country. We do not resume liability for delivered goods which should not have to be ordered. We also do not pay for eventual arising costs due to a delivery, like duty costs, storage costs, etc.
All tobacco goods will be sent with the legal German tobacco tax signs.

Ownership
The goods remain the property of Zigarrenhaus Peter Weinig GmbH until full payment has been received.
